Windsor Building Systems specializes in the panelization of homes. Panelization means that the walls are pre-built in a factory controlled environment before being shipped and assembled on site. The House of the Future panelization was unique in that two layers of foam were installed at the factory along with the windows. Also, the walls were also built with pockets in them to accept the recessed cellular shades. Panelization reduces the time it takes to build a house and helps protect building materials since the roof is installed shortly after the panels are set.
